Who these terms are with
The Stack Insiders is published by Omni Empires FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms cover this website, the free tools on it, and our ChatGPT plugin, SaaS Pricing: Stack Insiders. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Information, not advice
Everything we publish is general information about business software. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it does not take your own circumstances into account. Check anything that matters with the vendor or a qualified adviser before you spend money on it.
Prices and estimates
Prices on this site and in the plugin are list prices we read on each vendor's own pricing page on the date shown next to them. Vendors change their prices, plans and limits without telling us. A price here can be out of date, and it leaves out taxes, usage fees, add-ons and any discount you negotiate. The vendor's own page is always the final word on what you will pay.
Totals, savings, migration hours and margin figures are calculations built on those list prices and on assumptions we state alongside them. They are planning figures. They are not quotes, forecasts or promises of a result.
Independence and how we are paid
We are independent. We are not owned or operated by any software vendor named on this site or in the plugin, including GoHighLevel. Product names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the products we write about.
Some links on the website are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. See our About page and methodology for how that works. The plugin does not contain affiliate links.
The ChatGPT plugin
The plugin, SaaS Pricing: Stack Insiders, is free and needs no account with us. It runs inside ChatGPT, which OpenAI operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control ChatGPT, we are not affiliated with OpenAI, and OpenAI does not endorse the plugin.
The plugin answers questions from the Agency Software Cost Index. If a product is not in the index, the plugin says so. What ChatGPT then writes around those answers is generated by ChatGPT, not by us. Please do not put personal or confidential information into plugin requests. Our privacy policy explains what the plugin receives.
We may change, pause or withdraw the plugin or any tool at any time.
Fair use
Please use the site, the tools and the plugin endpoint in a way that does not disrupt them for others. Do not try to break, overload or probe them, and do not use them for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access that looks abusive.
Our content
The articles, tools and design on this site belong to Omni Empires FZCO unless we say otherwise. The Agency Software Cost Index charts and CSV are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 with a link back to the index page.
No warranty
We work to keep everything accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them, but the site, the tools and the plugin are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Omni Empires FZCO is not liable for any loss that results from relying on them, including a purchase made on the strength of a price or estimate shown here.
