What is included in the Agency Pro plan at $497 per month?

Agency Pro (previously SaaS Pro) is for agencies that want to sell GoHighLevel as their own software product. It adds SaaS Mode, rebilling with markup, automated client onboarding and billing, user and agent reporting, and advanced API access. Voice AI is not bundled into the plan price on any tier; it needs the AI Employee add-on, and what Agency Pro adds is the ability to rebill that usage to clients with your own markup. Clients self-onboard by selecting a plan and entering payment details, and their sub-account is provisioned automatically under your brand.

GoHighLevel's base plans do not include SMS, call, or email sending. Every message, minute, and email sends at a published per-unit rate on top of the flat subscription. None of these are secret; HighLevel publishes every rate. SMS and MMS costs

• SMS outbound and inbound: $0.00747 per segment (a long text spans multiple segments)
• MMS outbound: $0.0220 per segment; inbound $0.0165 on local numbers
• Carrier surcharges: $0.0035 to $0.005 per outbound SMS segment on the main US carriers (AT&T $0.0035, T-Mobile $0.0045, Verizon $0.005), passed through per the LC Phone pricing guide

US businesses must complete A2P 10DLC registration before texting: a one-time $22.50 fee for most brands (or $64.00 for high-volume standard brands), plus a recurring campaign fee between $1.50 and $10 per month depending on use case. Budget this per client sub-account for agencies.

International pricing note: HighLevel raised outbound and inbound SMS prices for roughly 70 international destinations effective July 6, 2026, reflecting carrier cost increases. US and Canada rates were unchanged.

What changed in GoHighLevel pricing? (checked 6 October 2026)

Every figure on this page was rechecked against HighLevel's own pricing page and help centre on 6 October 2026. What moved since the summer:

• A2P 10DLC registration costs less. HighLevel's A2P fee schedule (updated 24 September) lists the one-time fee at $22.50 for Sole Proprietor and Low Volume Standard brands and $64.00 for High Volume Standard, down from $24.50 and $71.91.
• WhatsApp's 5% processing fee is gone. Since 1 October HighLevel bills WhatsApp messages at Meta's published rate, per its announcement. A marketing message to the US or Canada went from $0.0263 to $0.0250.
• Plan prices are unchanged. Starter is still $97 a month, Unlimited $297 and Agency Pro $497, or $970, $2,970 and $4,970 billed yearly.
• The Summer of AI promotion ended on 31 August 2026. The free AI trials and free Ask AI for sub-accounts it offered are no longer running.
• Ask AI for client sub-accounts now works on any AI plan. HighLevel's Ask AI documentation (updated 18 September) lists pay-per-use, the $50 Growth plan and the $97 Unlimited plan.

One point worth knowing before you cancel: any balance left in your account's wallet does not come back to you automatically.
