How we rank these tools: Read our methodology β†’

Most "best CRM for agencies" lists compare pipelines and integrations. Once you look after several clients, the number that decides your margin is what your bill does each time a new client signs. This list covers the eight tools that give each client their own account under one agency login, and prices every one of them at 10 and 25 clients from the vendor's own pricing page.

GoHighLevel comes out on top. Its Unlimited plan is $297 a month whether you run 3 clients or 300, every client gets a full CRM with SMS, calling, email, calendars and funnels, and it is the only tool here that lets you rebill clients for their usage and resell the platform as your own software.

What is the best CRM with unlimited sub-accounts in 2026?

GoHighLevel is the best CRM with unlimited sub-accounts in 2026. The Unlimited plan costs $297 a month flat for unlimited client sub-accounts, users and contacts, and SaaS Pro ($497) adds rebilling with markup and SaaS Mode. DashClicks ($199) is the cheapest white-label alternative, and Systeme.io is the cheapest overall for creators running a few brands.

What 10 and 25 Clients Cost on Each Platform

None of the pages ranking for this search shows the bill at scale. Here it is, in monthly list prices before tax and usage such as SMS or email sends.

ToolPlan you would need10 clients25 clientsPer client at 25
GoHighLevelUnlimited$297$297$11.88
DashClicksPro$199$199$7.96
Systeme.ioUnlimited$97$97$3.88
SuiteDashPinnacle$99$99$3.96 (portals only)
ClickFunnelsOptimize$297Over the 20 capn/a
VendastaProfessional (white label)$499 minimum plus products$499 minimum plus productsDepends on products
ActiveCampaignPlus child accounts (estimate)about $443about $959about $38
KartraStarter accounts at 40% off (estimate)about $714about $1,785about $71

ActiveCampaign and Kartra are estimates because neither publishes the figure we need. ActiveCampaign hides its prices, so the $59 Plus price at 1,000 contacts comes from EmailVendorSelection, with ActiveCampaign's own agency discounts applied (25% for 2 to 24 accounts, 35% for 25 to 49). Kartra advertises accounts "in bulk at a 40% discount", so we applied that to its $119 Starter plan.

Systeme.io and DashClicks come in cheaper than GoHighLevel on paper. GoHighLevel still ranks first, for three reasons you can check on its pricing page:

  1. Each sub-account is a complete business system. CRM, pipelines, two-way SMS and calling, email, calendars, funnels, websites, review requests and workflows, for every client, at no extra cost.
  2. Clients can pay for their own usage. The Unlimited plan rebills phone and email usage to clients at cost, and SaaS Pro adds a markup, so SMS and email stop being your overhead.
  3. The platform can earn money for you. SaaS Pro lets you sell sub-accounts as your own branded software. Two clients paying you $297 a month cover the $497 plan, and every client after that is margin.

For how these tools sit in a full agency budget, see the 2026 Agency Software Cost Index, which prices 53 tools across 17 categories.

What Counts as a Sub-Account?

Vendors use "unlimited" loosely, so here is what each term means on this page.

  • Sub-account: a separate, isolated account per client with its own contacts, pipelines, automations, phone numbers and logins. GoHighLevel, DashClicks and Systeme.io work this way.
  • Workspace: ClickFunnels' version. Separate per brand, but capped by plan.
  • Child account: ActiveCampaign's version. Each one is a full account billed to you separately.
  • Client portal: SuiteDash's version. Clients log into a branded portal inside your single account, so their data lives in your CRM rather than their own.
  • Seat: a login for a team member. Per-seat tools like HubSpot and Pipedrive charge per person, which is a different cost problem from per-client pricing.

1. GoHighLevel: Best Overall CRM With Unlimited Sub-Accounts

GoHighLevel (GHL) was built for agencies from day one, and the sub-account is its basic unit. Every client gets their own CRM, pipelines, two-way SMS and calling, email, calendars, funnels and websites, review requests and workflow automations, all reached from your one agency login. You switch between clients from a single menu, and a snapshot copies a whole setup (pipelines, funnels, automations) into a new client in minutes.

The Unlimited plan is $297 a month, or $2,970 a year, for unlimited sub-accounts. Users and contacts are unlimited on every plan, so hiring a VA or onboarding a client with 40,000 contacts doesn't move the price. Starter at $97 a month covers 3 sub-accounts, which is enough to set up your first clients and grow into Unlimited.

SaaS Pro at $497 a month turns the bill into income. It adds SaaS Mode, which lets you sell GoHighLevel under your own brand as your own software, creates sub-accounts automatically when a client pays, and rebills phone and email usage with your markup on top. GHL's pricing page currently lists this plan as Agency Pro.

Key facts

  • Sub-accounts: 3 on Starter, unlimited on Unlimited and SaaS Pro
  • Price: $97, $297 or $497 a month, with two months free on annual billing
  • Users and contacts: unlimited on all plans
  • White label: custom domain and branded desktop app; a branded mobile app is a $497/mo add-on
  • Client rebilling: phone and email at cost on Unlimited, with markup on SaaS Pro
  • Free trial: 30 days through our link, double the standard 14

πŸ‘ GoHighLevel Pros

  • βœ“Unlimited sub-accounts, users and contacts for one flat $297 a month
  • βœ“Every client gets CRM, SMS, calling, email, calendars, funnels and reviews
  • βœ“Clients can be rebilled for their own SMS, call and email usage
  • βœ“SaaS Mode turns the platform into software you sell under your brand
  • βœ“Snapshots copy a full client setup into a new sub-account in minutes

πŸ‘Ž Cons

  • βœ—SMS, calls, email and AI are billed by usage, so pair Unlimited with rebilling from day one
  • βœ—More to set up than a single-purpose CRM; start from a snapshot to skip most of it

Best for: multi-client marketing agencies, consultants who want a recurring software income, and anyone replacing five or more tools per client.

2. DashClicks: Best Budget White-Label Platform

DashClicks is the closest like-for-like alternative on price. It sells one software plan, DashClicks Pro, at $199 a month or $1,788 a year ($149 a month), with unlimited sub-accounts and unlimited users, white-labelled. It also runs a fulfilment marketplace, so you can resell done-for-you services from the same dashboard.

Usage is billed on top for its InstaSites and InstaReports tools, SMS and email. GoHighLevel pulls ahead on resale: DashClicks' pricing page offers no way to rebill or resell the software itself as your own SaaS.

Key facts

  • Sub-accounts: unlimited, at no extra cost
  • Price: $199/mo, or $149/mo billed annually
  • Users: unlimited
  • White label: yes
  • Client rebilling: not listed for the software
  • Free trial: offered, length not stated

πŸ‘ GoHighLevel Pros

  • βœ“Unlimited sub-accounts and users for $199 a month
  • βœ“White-labelled out of the box
  • βœ“Fulfilment marketplace for reselling services

πŸ‘Ž Cons

  • βœ—No SaaS-style resale of the software
  • βœ—InstaSites, InstaReports, SMS and email are usage-billed

Best for: agencies that want a white-label dashboard and outsourced fulfilment, and don't plan to resell software. See the full GoHighLevel vs DashClicks comparison.

3. Systeme.io: Cheapest for Creators Running Several Brands

Systeme.io includes unlimited sub-accounts on every plan, Free included, with no per-sub-account fees. Each sub-account gets the same limits as your main plan, so the Unlimited plan at $97 a month gives every brand unlimited contacts. Plans run Free (2,000 contacts), Startup at $17 (5,000), Webinar at $47 (10,000) and Unlimited at $97, with no transaction fees.

It is built for selling courses and digital products, so it lacks the two-way SMS, calling and review tools agencies use with local clients. White label is mentioned in its FAQ with no published terms, and the sub-accounts page contradicts itself on whether lower plans cover every client, so confirm before you build on a cheaper tier.

Key facts

  • Sub-accounts: unlimited on all plans, each with your main plan's limits
  • Price: Free, $17, $47 or $97 a month
  • Transaction fees: none
  • White label: on request, terms not published
  • Client rebilling: no
  • Free trial: none needed; the Free plan has no time limit

πŸ‘ GoHighLevel Pros

  • βœ“Unlimited sub-accounts even on the Free plan
  • βœ“$97 a month covers unlimited contacts across every brand
  • βœ“No transaction fees on sales

πŸ‘Ž Cons

  • βœ—No two-way SMS, calling or review management for clients
  • βœ—White label and sub-account plan rules are not clearly published

Best for: coaches and course creators running a few brands or products. Agencies serving local businesses will outgrow it. See GoHighLevel vs Systeme.io.

4. Vendasta: Best for Reselling a Product Catalogue

Vendasta gives every plan unlimited client accounts, but you pay through a monthly spend minimum and per-product activations rather than a flat fee. The subscription is $0, with minimums of $99 (Starter, co-branded with Vendasta), $499 (Professional, white-label client portal, one-year contract) and $999 (Premium). Seats beyond the included ones cost $30 to $65 a month each.

Its strength is the marketplace: you can resell third-party products to clients at wholesale prices on every plan. The trade-off is a bill that grows with every product you switch on per client.

Key facts

  • Client accounts: unlimited on all plans
  • Price: $99, $499 or $999 monthly minimum spend
  • Seats: 1, 5 or 10 included; extra seats $30 to $65 a month
  • White label: Professional plan and above
  • Resale: third-party products at wholesale
  • Free trial: 14 days, no card

πŸ‘ GoHighLevel Pros

  • βœ“Unlimited client accounts and client users on every plan
  • βœ“Large marketplace of resellable products
  • βœ“Free trial without a card

πŸ‘Ž Cons

  • βœ—White label needs the $499 minimum and a one-year contract
  • βœ—Per-product activations make the real cost hard to predict
  • βœ—Team seats are charged individually

Best for: full-service agencies that want to resell a wide catalogue of products. See GoHighLevel vs Vendasta.

5. ClickFunnels: Best for Funnel-Led Agencies Under 20 Brands

ClickFunnels calls its sub-accounts workspaces, and every plan caps them: 1 on Launch ($97 a month), 5 on Scale ($197), 10 on Optimize ($297) and 20 on Dominate ($5,997 a year). Contacts and team members scale with the plan too, from 10,000 contacts and 2 team members on Launch to 400,000 and 20 on Dominate.

At 10 clients, Optimize costs the same as GoHighLevel Unlimited, but it stops at 10 and lists no white label.

Key facts

  • Workspaces: 1, 5, 10 or 20 by plan
  • Price: $97, $197 or $297 a month, or $5,997 a year
  • Contacts: 10,000 to 400,000 by plan
  • White label: not listed on the pricing page
  • Free trial: 14 days

πŸ‘ GoHighLevel Pros

  • βœ“Polished funnel builder with a large template library
  • βœ“Workspaces keep each brand separate

πŸ‘Ž Cons

  • βœ—Hard cap of 20 workspaces, even on the top plan
  • βœ—No white label or client rebilling listed
  • βœ—Contact limits on every plan

Best for: funnel-first agencies with a small, stable client list. See GoHighLevel vs ClickFunnels.

6. ActiveCampaign: Best for Email-First Agencies

ActiveCampaign's Agency Program lets you create child accounts from its Partner Portal. Each one is a full ActiveCampaign account billed to you at list price less a volume discount: 25% for 2 to 24 accounts, 35% for 25 to 49, 45% for 50 to 99 and 55% from 100. You can rebrand each account, add a custom domain and bill clients whatever you choose.

ActiveCampaign no longer publishes prices on its own site. Third-party trackers put Plus at about $59 a month for 1,000 contacts, which is how a 10-client agency reaches roughly $443 a month before contact growth.

Key facts

  • Client accounts: child accounts, each billed separately
  • Agency discount: 25% to 55% off list, by account count
  • Users: 1 to 5 per account by plan
  • White label: rebranding and custom domain per account
  • Free trial: 14 days

πŸ‘ GoHighLevel Pros

  • βœ“Deep email automation
  • βœ“Rebrandable client accounts
  • βœ“Discount grows as you add clients

πŸ‘Ž Cons

  • βœ—Every client account is a separate bill
  • βœ—Prices are not published on the vendor site
  • βœ—Costs climb with each client's contact list

Best for: agencies whose work is mostly email marketing and who are comfortable pricing per client. See GoHighLevel vs ActiveCampaign.

7. Kartra: Best for Agencies Already on Kartra

Kartra for Agencies groups client accounts into an Agency portfolio, with a master console and one-click login into each client. You buy Kartra accounts in bulk at a 40% discount and set your own price to clients. Kartra's plans run from $59 (Essentials) to $549 (Professional) a month, with contact caps on each.

It is not a true white label: Kartra Agency branding appears in the footer of client emails. Kartra doesn't publish a per-account agency price, so ask for a quote before you commit.

Key facts

  • Client accounts: bought per account for your Agency portfolio
  • Price: plans from $59 to $549 a month; bulk accounts at 40% off
  • Contacts: 500 to 25,000 by plan
  • White label: no, Kartra branding stays in client emails
  • Free trial: 14 days

πŸ‘ GoHighLevel Pros

  • βœ“One console with one-click login to every client
  • βœ“Bulk discount you can mark up

πŸ‘Ž Cons

  • βœ—Kartra branding in client emails
  • βœ—Per-account cost, with no published agency price
  • βœ—Contact caps force upgrades as clients grow

Best for: agencies whose clients already run on Kartra. See GoHighLevel vs Kartra.

8. SuiteDash: Best for Branded Client Portals

SuiteDash includes unlimited clients and staff on every plan: START at $19 a month, THRIVE at $49 and PINNACLE at $99, priced per account rather than per user. Every plan is fully white-labelled, branded mobile app included.

The difference is structural. Clients log into portals inside your one SuiteDash account, which suits projects, files, invoices and client communication, but they don't get their own separate CRM, phone numbers or automations the way a GoHighLevel sub-account does.

Key facts

  • Client accounts: unlimited client portals inside one account
  • Price: $19, $49 or $99 a month
  • Users: unlimited clients and staff
  • White label: yes, on all plans, including a branded mobile app
  • Free trial: 14 days, no card

πŸ‘ GoHighLevel Pros

  • βœ“Unlimited clients and staff from $19 a month
  • βœ“White label and branded mobile app on every plan

πŸ‘Ž Cons

  • βœ—Clients share your account rather than getting their own CRM
  • βœ—No separate CRM, phone numbers or automations per client

Best for: service businesses that want a branded client portal for projects and billing rather than a CRM per client.

Tools That Didn't Make the List

  • HubSpot: each client needs its own HubSpot account and subscription. Partners get Partner Admin access into those accounts, which is access, not sub-accounts.
  • Zoho CRM: one login can join up to 10 organisations, but each needs its own licences and nothing syncs between them.
  • Keap: multiple Keap accounts are separate subscriptions you switch between, with no agency features.
  • Brevo: sub-organisations exist, but only for Enterprise customers on custom pricing.
  • Agiled: unlimited client accounts need its reseller programme, which means the Scale plan plus a one-time $4,999 fee.
  • Vbout: its pricing page shows conflicting prices for the same plans, so we couldn't price it fairly.

How We Ranked These Tools

Every tool here had to give each client a separate account, workspace or portal under one agency login. We then ranked on four things: what 10 and 25 clients cost, what each client account includes, whether the agency can white label it, and whether the agency can rebill or resell it.

Prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page on 15 October 2026. Where a vendor publishes no prices (ActiveCampaign), we used a named third-party tracker and marked the figure as an estimate. Usage charges such as SMS, calls and email are excluded from the cost table because they depend on each client's volume.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a sub-account in a CRM?
A sub-account is a separate, isolated account for one client inside your agency login. It has its own contacts, pipelines, automations, phone numbers and user logins, so client data never mixes. GoHighLevel, DashClicks and Systeme.io all use sub-accounts.
Does GoHighLevel have unlimited sub-accounts?
Yes. GoHighLevel's Unlimited plan ($297 a month) and SaaS Pro plan ($497 a month) both include unlimited sub-accounts, with unlimited users and contacts. The Starter plan ($97 a month) includes 3 sub-accounts.
How many sub-accounts do you get on GoHighLevel Starter?
GoHighLevel Starter at $97 a month includes 3 sub-accounts. To add a fourth client you move to the Unlimited plan at $297 a month, which removes the limit.
What is the cheapest CRM with unlimited sub-accounts?
Systeme.io is the cheapest, with unlimited sub-accounts on every plan including Free, though each sub-account shares your plan's limits and it has no SMS or calling. DashClicks is the cheapest white-label option at $199 a month. GoHighLevel Unlimited at $297 a month is the cheapest full agency platform with SMS, calling, funnels and client rebilling.
Does HubSpot have sub-accounts for agencies?
No. Each HubSpot client runs a separate HubSpot account with its own subscription. Solutions Partners get Partner Admin access into client accounts, but there is no single agency account holding unlimited client sub-accounts.
Which CRM with unlimited sub-accounts can I white label?
GoHighLevel, DashClicks and SuiteDash all offer white label. GoHighLevel adds SaaS Mode on its SaaS Pro plan, so you can sell the platform to clients as your own software and rebill their usage with a markup.
Are SMS and email included in GoHighLevel's flat price?
No. SMS, calls, email and AI are billed by usage on top of the plan. On the Unlimited plan you can rebill phone and email usage to each client at cost, and SaaS Pro lets you add a markup, so clients can cover their own usage.
Is there a free trial?
GoHighLevel offers a 30-day free trial through The Stack Insiders link, double the standard 14 days. Vendasta and SuiteDash offer 14-day trials without a card, ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign offer 14 days, and Systeme.io has a free plan with no time limit.
