GoHighLevel Industries Mode: Restaurants, Trades, Venues
GoHighLevel Industries Mode is part of the new Founder's Plan. What HighLevel is building for restaurants, home services and venues, and what GHL does today.

GoHighLevel Industries Mode is one of four new features HighLevel has confirmed for the Founder's Plan, and it arrives as HighLevel launches tools to compete directly in restaurants, home services and event spaces at LevelUp 2026. I got the pre-LevelUp briefing from HighLevel's affiliate team, and this guide sets out everything confirmed so far, plus what each of those industries already gets from GHL today.
What is GoHighLevel Industries Mode?
Industries Mode is a new GoHighLevel feature included in the Founder's Plan, announced alongside HighLevel's push into restaurants, home services and event spaces at LevelUp 2026. HighLevel has confirmed the name and plan; full details arrive at LevelUp from 26 October.
Last updated 23 October 2026. We are updating this live through LevelUp week (26 to 29 October), and the Industries Mode spec goes in this post the moment HighLevel shows it.
HighLevel has confirmed Industries Mode by name and told affiliates which markets it is going after, but it has not published an Industries Mode feature list yet. One piece is already visible, though. GoHighLevel Field Services, the home services tool, is live in beta in my own account, and the screenshots are further down. For the rest, rather than guess, this guide works through each industry. What HighLevel says it is targeting, what a GHL account already does for that business today, the gap HighLevel is going after, and what to check at launch.

What is GoHighLevel Industries Mode?
GoHighLevel Industries Mode is a new feature listed in the Founder's Plan (previously SaaS Pro / Agency Pro), HighLevel's $497 per month plan. HighLevel's affiliate team confirmed it in a pre-LevelUp briefing on 20 October 2026, next to A2P Console, Workflows Map and Custom Nav.
That briefing gives us four solid facts. The $497 plan is being rebranded as the Founder's Plan. The plan includes everything in Unlimited and Agency Pro, plus A2P Console, Workflows Map, Industries Mode and Custom Nav. HighLevel is launching new tools to compete directly in restaurant, home services and event space markets. And these launches go to Labs for all customers from LevelUp, with only AEO (end of November) and Custom Nav (opt-in) following a different path.
What we do not have yet is the screen-by-screen detail: what switching Industries Mode on changes, which industries it covers on day one, or how it works with snapshots. HighLevel is unveiling 300+ product features and updates at LevelUp (26 to 29 October, Hilton Anatole, Dallas), so the answers are days away. Follow the full rundown on our GoHighLevel LevelUp 2026 hub, and see the plan details in our GoHighLevel Founder's Plan guide.
Which industries is HighLevel targeting at LevelUp 2026?
HighLevel told affiliates it is launching tools to compete directly in three markets: restaurants, home services and event spaces. Its own shorthand for each was a Yelp or Toast alternative or integration for restaurants, "ServiceTitan Pro" for home services, and Eventbrite for events.
Those are three very different businesses, but they share the same marketing problems that GoHighLevel already solves: answering every enquiry fast, booking people in, getting paid, collecting reviews and bringing customers back. Here is how the picture looks today.
| Industry | HighLevel's framing | What GHL already does today | The gap HighLevel is going after |
|---|---|---|---|
| Restaurants | Yelp or Toast alternative or integration | CRM, two-way SMS and email, reviews and reputation, missed-call text back, booking, workflows | Day-to-day restaurant operations and discovery |
| Home services | ServiceTitan Pro | Field Services (beta): requests, estimates, jobs, dispatch, route optimisation, timesheets, invoices; plus CRM, missed-call text back and reviews | Already in beta, full launch at LevelUp |
| Event spaces | Eventbrite | Events (free, paid and RSVP tickets, QR check-in), CRM, workflows, payments | A full event-space and ticketing offer |
For context on the competitors: Toast describes itself as an all-in-one restaurant management platform built around its point of sale, and ServiceTitan describes itself as software for home and commercial trades. The opportunity for GHL users is obvious. These businesses already need marketing, follow-up and reviews, and HighLevel is now moving towards the operational side too.
Can GoHighLevel work for restaurants?
Yes. GoHighLevel already works for restaurants as the marketing and guest follow-up layer: it captures every enquiry in one CRM, texts back missed calls, takes bookings, collects reviews and runs SMS and email campaigns that bring guests back. HighLevel's LevelUp restaurant tools aim to go further.
Today, a restaurant on GHL can run the whole guest relationship from one account:
- Missed-call text back. A busy Friday service means unanswered phones. GHL texts the caller back automatically so the booking is not lost (see our missed-call text back guide).
- Bookings. Calendars and booking for private dining, tasting menus or large group enquiries.
- Reviews and reputation. Automatic review requests after a visit, with replies managed from one place (our GoHighLevel reputation management guide covers the setup).
- Win-back campaigns. Two-way SMS and email to bring lapsed guests back on quiet nights.
- Ticketed nights. Wine dinners, tasting events and cookery classes through GoHighLevel Events.
The gap HighLevel is going after is the operational and discovery side, which is why its own framing says "alternative OR integration". A GoHighLevel Toast integration is one possible route, and a direct alternative is another. We do not know which yet. For now, pair GHL with whatever point of sale the restaurant already runs: GHL owns the marketing and the guest list, the till handles orders. Our GoHighLevel for restaurants page has the full playbook.
What to check at launch: whether HighLevel's restaurant tools connect to Toast or replace parts of it, whether review and booking features change, and whether Industries Mode ships restaurant-ready setups.

Yes, and you can see it already. GoHighLevel has a new Field Services module, in beta, that is live in my own account right now: scheduling, dispatch, estimates, jobs, invoices, timesheets, route optimisation and online booking for on-site service businesses. That is the ServiceTitan-style job management HighLevel told affiliates it is going after.

HighLevel pitches it in one line on the Field Services home screen: run your whole service business in one place, with scheduling, dispatch and payments for field service teams, connected to the leads you already get in GHL. It names plumbing, HVAC, cleaning and landscaping, plus any on-site service.
How the Field Services workflow runs
The module follows a job from the first call to payment in five stages.
| Stage | What happens in GoHighLevel Field Services |
|---|---|
| Request | A customer reaches out, online or by phone, and you capture their address and what they need |
| Estimate | You send a price, and once the customer approves it the work is on |
| Job | The approved work becomes a job, with what needs doing and who is doing it |
| Visit | Each trip your staff make is a visit on the schedule, so the customer knows when you are coming |
| Invoice | The work is done, and you send the invoice and get paid on site or online |
Around that flow, the menu gives you Schedule, Requests, Estimates, Jobs, Invoices, Timesheets and a Services and staff area where you set up service areas, a service catalogue with add-ons, and your team. Setup is three steps: business details, staff, and your service area.

What Field Services includes
HighLevel lists five headline capabilities on the module's home screen:
- Scheduling and dispatch. See the whole team's day and send the right person to every job.
- Route optimisation. Plan the shortest route for each person's day in one click.
- Estimates and invoices. Quote fast and get paid as soon as the job is done.
- Online booking. Take bookings around the clock, with a check that the customer is inside your service area.
- Timesheets. Accurate hours for payroll, and the true cost of every job.
Put that next to everything GHL already did for trades and the picture is complete. Picture a plumbing company with two vans. A missed call triggers an instant text, the customer books online inside the service area, the request becomes an estimate, the approved estimate becomes a job, the visit lands on the right plumber's route, the invoice goes out when the job is done, and a review request follows. That is one platform doing what used to take a CRM, a field service tool and a review tool.
Field Services is still marked beta, so I will add a full build walkthrough once I have taken a test job from request to paid invoice. Our GoHighLevel for contractors guide, GoHighLevel for roofers page and speed to lead in GoHighLevel cover the lead side of trade setups.
What to check at launch: whether Field Services is the "ServiceTitan Pro" tool HighLevel framed for LevelUp or the start of it, which plans include it, and how Industries Mode packages it for trades.
Can event venues run on GoHighLevel?
Yes. Event venues can already sell tickets, take RSVPs and check guests in by QR code inside GoHighLevel using Events, which is live in Labs for every agency. Add the CRM, booking calendars and workflows, and a venue can run its enquiries and ticketed events from one account.
GoHighLevel Events covers free, paid and RSVP events, in person, online or hybrid, with ticket coupons, custom event pages, QR tickets issued automatically, mobile app check-in and an event dashboard. Workflows can fire when someone registers or checks in. For a venue, that means every ticket buyer lands in the same CRM as private hire enquiries, so the person who came to a comedy night can get the next listing by text. Our full GoHighLevel Events guide walks through setup and compares GHL with Eventbrite on fees.
Private hire is the other half of a venue's revenue. Calendars and booking, invoices and payments, and two-way SMS and email cover the enquiry to deposit journey, and wedding venues can borrow from our GoHighLevel for wedding planners page.
The gap HighLevel is going after here is a broader event-space offer to compete directly with Eventbrite. Events is the foundation, and LevelUp should show what is built on top.
What to check at launch: new Events features, any venue-specific setup in Industries Mode, and whether new event tools stay in Labs for everyone or sit inside the Founder's Plan.
How do you get GoHighLevel Industries Mode?
Industries Mode is listed as a Founder's Plan feature, so the $497 plan is the confirmed route. HighLevel also told affiliates that its LevelUp launches go to Labs for all customers from LevelUp, so watch your Labs page from 26 October.
Current public GHL plan prices are Starter at $97 per month, Unlimited at $297 per month and the top tier at $497 per month. HighLevel has not yet confirmed the Founder's Plan price after the rebrand, or exactly which plans see Industries Mode in Labs, and we will update this the moment it does. See all plan options on our GoHighLevel pricing page.
If you are an agency serving one of these industries, the practical move is to get set up now. Build your restaurant, trades or venue account on today's features, switch Events on in Labs, and you will be ready to add Industries Mode on day one. Our guide to GoHighLevel snapshots covers how to package a niche setup and roll it out across clients.
What should you check when Industries Mode launches?
When Industries Mode goes live, check five things: which industries it supports on day one, what it changes inside a sub-account, which plans include it, how it works with snapshots, and whether it connects to tools like Toast. We will answer each one here live from LevelUp.
The short checklist, once HighLevel shows it:
- Industries covered. Restaurants, home services and event spaces are HighLevel's stated targets, and the launch list may go wider.
- What it changes. Whether Industries Mode adjusts the account, adds industry tools or both.
- Plan access. Founder's Plan is confirmed. Labs access for other plans is the open question.
- Snapshots and agencies. How it fits with your existing niche snapshots and sub-accounts.
- Integrations. Whether the restaurant tools integrate with Toast or replace parts of it.
Industries Mode also arrives next to Custom Nav, another Founder's Plan feature that lets agencies rename, reorder and organise the navigation clients see. Together they point in the same direction: a GHL account that looks and works like it was built for the client's industry. More on that in our GoHighLevel custom navigation guide.
