GoHighLevel LevelUp 2026: Every Launch, Updated Live
GoHighLevel LevelUp 2026 announcements: Founder's Plan, Task Management, Ticketing, Events, Custom Nav and every GHL Labs launch, updated live all week.

GoHighLevel LevelUp 2026 runs from 26 to 29 October at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, and HighLevel says it will unveil more than 300 product features and updates there, plus a first look at its 2027 roadmap. I got HighLevel's pre-LevelUp affiliate briefing on 20 October, so this page already lists the headline launches: the Founder's Plan (previously SaaS Pro / Agency Pro), Task Management, Ticketing, Industries Mode, Custom Nav and more. I last updated it on 23 October 2026, and I am adding updates live through the event (26 to 29 October).
What is GoHighLevel announcing at LevelUp 2026?
HighLevel is launching the Founder's Plan, Task Management, Ticketing, Industries Mode, new restaurant, home services and event space tools, Custom Nav, A2P Console, Workflows Map and the HighLevel Partner Network, mostly to Labs at LevelUp, with AEO following end of November.

Those figures come from HighLevel's PR Newswire announcement on 14 October 2026 and the LevelUp FAQ page.
The detail that matters most for anyone running GHL is the timing. HighLevel's affiliate team told me the launches go to Labs for all customers effective LevelUp. The exceptions are AEO, which arrives at the end of November, and Custom Nav, which is opt-in because it changes the interface. For everything HighLevel shipped earlier this year, my GoHighLevel updates 2026 page tracks the rest of the releases.

Most go into Labs at LevelUp. Here is every item from the briefing, with a full guide for each.

Task Management and Ticketing
HighLevel frames Task Management as aimed at replacing ClickUp and Ticketing as aimed at replacing Freshdesk. The Task Management sneak peek HighLevel showed in September (reported by Automated Marketer) had spaces, folders, lists, tasks and sub-tasks, with due dates, assignees, priorities, and both Kanban and list views. Treat that as the preview rather than the final spec. HighLevel has not shared Ticketing's detailed feature list yet, so questions like email-to-ticket get answered here once HighLevel shows it at LevelUp.
ClickUp has long been the most requested direct integration on HighLevel's ideas board, and plenty of agencies glue the two together with Zapier or Make today. Native project management removes that glue. The current Tasks list view under Contacts > Tasks already handles filtering, sorting, bulk actions and recurring tasks, which I cover in my Tasks v2 agency guide.
Events
Events is the one launch you can use today. It has been in Labs for every agency since August 2026, and I have it available in my own account. You can run free, paid, RSVP, in-person, online and hybrid events, sell tickets with coupons, build custom event pages and issue QR-code tickets automatically after registration. Staff check people in with the HighLevel mobile app, the event dashboard tracks attendance, live check-in activity and staff performance, and workflows can trigger on registration or check-in.
Industries Mode and Custom Nav
HighLevel is adding tools to compete directly in restaurant, home services and event space markets, comparing them to a Yelp or Toast alternative (or integration), ServiceTitan Pro and Eventbrite. The home services piece is already visible: GoHighLevel Field Services is live in beta in my own account, running a job from request to estimate, job, visit and invoice, with dispatch, route optimisation, online booking and timesheets. My Industries Mode guide has the screenshots. My GoHighLevel for restaurants page shows how GHL serves hospitality clients today.
Custom Nav lets you edit, rename, reorder, categorise, pin, relabel and hide navigation items, then save the layout as a template for eligible sub-accounts. It is opt-in through Labs, and you can switch back to the previous layout there. HighLevel says advanced customisation varies by plan tier, with expanded functionality for $497 customers, and exact availability by plan is still to be confirmed.
A2P Console and Workflows Map are named as Founder's Plan inclusions without further detail yet, so full write-ups go here from LevelUp. My A2P registration guide covers how registration works today.
Live updates from LevelUp 2026
Announcements are added here during the event, newest first, from 26 October.
What is the GoHighLevel Founder's Plan?
The Founder's Plan is HighLevel's new name for its $497 plan, previously called Pro, SaaS Pro, Agency Pro and SaaSPRENEUR. It includes everything in Unlimited and Agency Pro, plus A2P Console, Workflows Map, Industries Mode and Custom Nav.
HighLevel's briefing also lists exclusive perks and academy access: Demo Systems, Founder Academy, in-office HQ trainings and community leaderboards. Current public GHL prices are $97 a month for Starter, $297 for Unlimited and $497 for the top tier, and you can compare them on my pricing page. HighLevel describes the Founder's Plan as a rebrand of the $497 plan, and I will confirm the final plan details from LevelUp. My Founder's Plan guide has the full breakdown.

Beyond the LevelUp headliners, HighLevel Labs already lists a long run of early-access features, many with "Live in X days" countdowns. The biggest are Claude and Gemini models in Conversation AI (about 31 October), MCP support for Conversation AI (about 16 November) and a Unified Client Portal (about 31 December).
The dates below convert the Labs countdowns visible in October 2026 into approximate go-live dates. HighLevel can move them, so treat them as a guide. Where no date is shown, the feature is in Labs without a date I can confirm.
AI features
| Feature | Approximate go-live |
|---|---|
| Conversation AI on Claude and Gemini models | About 31 October |
| Memory for Managed Agents | About 2 November |
| Working Hours for Conversation AI | About 2 November |
| MCP support for Conversation AI | About 16 November |
| Prompt Optimizer for Conversation AI and Voice AI | In Labs now |
| Email AI beta 2.0 | In Labs now |
The three AI items have the most detail on their Labs cards, and all three are switched on in my own account.
Claude and Gemini in Conversation AI. Conversation AI agents can run on Anthropic and Google models alongside OpenAI. The Labs card lists Claude Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, Haiku 5.5 and Haiku 4.5, and Gemini 3.8 Flash, 3.7 Flash and 3.5 Flash Lite. You pick a model per agent, and you can set a secondary model as a fallback so the agent keeps replying if one provider is slow or down. Existing agents stay on their current model until you change it.

MCP support for Conversation AI. Connect an MCP server and the bot can use your other apps mid-conversation: check availability and book, send a payment link or add a row to a spreadsheet. You pick from 40+ apps in the Marketplace or add a custom MCP server by URL, with up to 5 MCP servers per bot. Every tool call shows in Agent Logs. It is not available yet for outbound conversations, Suggestive mode, or Flow and Form bots.

Memory for Managed Agents. Agents keep two kinds of memory. User memory stores up to 25 facts per user (who they are, preferences, goals, recent events), private to that user and that agent. Procedures let an agent save the steps of a multi-step task and reuse them in every conversation.

My GoHighLevel Conversation AI guide covers the bot as it stands, and my GoHighLevel MCP server and Claude integration posts cover how GHL connects to AI tools today.

How do you turn on GoHighLevel Labs features?
You turn on Labs features from the agency side. For Events, go to Agency Settings > Labs > Sub-Account > Events, switch it on, and it appears under Memberships > Events in the sub-account. You can roll it out to all sub-accounts or only selected ones.
HighLevel says the LevelUp launches go to Labs, and I will confirm where each one appears as it lands. Custom Nav works slightly differently because it is opt-in: you switch it on through Labs, and you can disable the updated navigation there and return to the previous layout.
My advice for agencies with live clients is to switch new Labs features on in one internal sub-account first. Build a test event, a test task board or a test ticket queue, then roll the feature out to client accounts once you know how it behaves.
Should agencies start on GoHighLevel now or wait until after LevelUp?
Start now. If you start a 30-day GoHighLevel trial today, every launch that goes to Labs at LevelUp lands inside your trial window, along with the early to mid November Labs releases like Claude and Gemini in Conversation AI, custom field types and MCP support.
Waiting until after LevelUp gains you nothing. The headline launches go to Labs for all customers effective LevelUp, so the agencies that benefit first are the ones already set up, with sub-accounts built and snapshots ready to receive the new features. A trial started today gives you LevelUp week and the following weeks to test Task Management, Ticketing, Events and the rest against your real workflow.
The money case is straightforward. Task Management is aimed at ClickUp, Ticketing at Freshdesk, and Events and the new industry tools at Eventbrite, ServiceTitan and Toast. Every one of those you can move into GHL is one less subscription and one less Zapier or Make connection to maintain. Run your current tools through my stack calculator to see what consolidating would save you.
If you want the Founder's Plan inclusions (A2P Console, Workflows Map, Industries Mode and Custom Nav), the $497 tier is where HighLevel lists them.
