GoHighLevel ticketing is on its way. HighLevel is launching native Ticketing at LevelUp 2026, rolling it out to Labs for all customers, and HighLevel's own framing is that it's aimed at replacing Freshdesk. If you've been running support out of a separate help desk, or out of a pipeline you bent into a ticket board, this one is for you.

I got the pre-LevelUp briefing from HighLevel's affiliate team this week. This post sets out exactly what's confirmed, why a help desk inside your CRM matters, and the questions we'll answer once it's live. Last updated 23 October 2026. We're updating it live through LevelUp week, which runs from 26 to 29 October.

Does GoHighLevel have ticketing?

Yes. HighLevel is launching native Ticketing at LevelUp 2026 (26 to 29 October), rolling out to Labs for all customers. HighLevel positions it as a Freshdesk replacement, so support can run in the same account as your contacts, conversations and workflows.

Does GoHighLevel have a help desk or ticketing system?

GoHighLevel's native ticketing system launches at LevelUp 2026. HighLevel's affiliate team confirmed that Ticketing goes into Labs for all customers effective LevelUp, and HighLevel describes it as aimed at replacing Freshdesk. Until it lands, GHL users handle support with pipelines, Conversations and workflows, or a separate help desk.

HighLevel hasn't published the detailed spec yet, and I'd rather tell you that straight than guess. Channels, statuses, SLAs and the rest get confirmed at LevelUp, and we'll add them to this post the moment we have them. What we can do now is show you why it matters, how it compares with what you're using today, and what to check on day one.

Ticketing is one of a long list of launches HighLevel is bringing to LevelUp, alongside native project management aimed at ClickUp. Our LevelUp 2026 hub has the full rundown.

Why does ticketing inside your CRM matter?

Ticketing inside GoHighLevel matters because the ticket sits in the same account as everything else you know about the customer. Their contact record, conversation history, payments and workflows are already in GHL. A separate help desk only sees the ticket, so your team ends up checking two tools to answer one question.

Picture a gym owner on a monthly retainer emailing their agency because a booking form stopped working. In a separate help desk, the support person sees one email. In GHL, the same account already holds that client's contact record, their last few conversations with your team, their invoice history and the workflow that powers the form. The person answering can see the whole relationship before they reply.

That's why HighLevel building ticketing in matters more than adding another integration, because support joins the rest of the customer relationship. Workflows already run on your contacts in GHL today, so support can sit alongside the same automation you use for sales and onboarding. Our workflow recipes and Conversation AI guide show what's already possible on the contact side.

It also matters for cost. Every help desk seat you pay for sits on top of the GHL plan you already have. One account for CRM and support means one bill, one login and one place to train new staff.

How do agencies handle support tickets in GHL today?

Most agencies handle support tickets in GoHighLevel today with a repurposed pipeline, where each support request becomes an opportunity that moves through stages like New, In Progress, Waiting on Client and Resolved. Others run a separate help desk such as Freshdesk alongside GHL. Both work, and both are what native Ticketing is built to replace.

The pipeline method is popular because it's quick to set up and it keeps everything inside GHL. A support form creates the opportunity, a workflow assigns it to the right person and sends the client an acknowledgement, and the board shows the team what's open. Our GoHighLevel forms guide and automation workflows guide cover the pieces you'd use.

The trade-off is that pipelines were built for deals. They track a stage and a value, which is great for sales and makes support reporting harder work. That's the gap a purpose-built ticketing tool fills.

The separate help desk method gives you a dedicated support tool, but your client data is split across two systems. Someone has to keep contacts in sync, and the support team doesn't see the CRM side of the relationship without switching tabs.

How you handle support todayWhat works wellWhat native GHL Ticketing is built to replace
Pipeline used as a ticket boardEverything stays in GHL, fast to set upDeal-shaped stages and reporting for support work
Separate help desk such as FreshdeskPurpose-built support toolA second system, a second bill, and data split from your CRM
Shared inbox in Conversations onlyFast replies on every channelNo ticket status or ownership to track each request

Is GoHighLevel a Freshdesk alternative?

GoHighLevel is positioning native Ticketing as a Freshdesk alternative, which is HighLevel's own framing for the launch. If your customers already live in GHL, a help desk inside the same account removes the second tool, the second bill and the sync between them. Freshdesk is a dedicated help desk that runs as a separate system priced per agent.

Freshdesk's pricing page lists three paid plans billed annually: Growth at $19 per agent per month, Pro at $55 per agent per month, and Enterprise at $89 per agent per month, checked on 23 October 2026 at freshworks.com/freshdesk/pricing. The same page lists Freddy AI Copilot as a $29 per agent per month add-on for Pro and Enterprise.

The per-agent maths adds up quickly. A five-person support team on Freshdesk Growth is $95 a month, or $1,140 a year. On Pro, the same team is $275 a month, or $3,300 a year. Those figures sit on top of your CRM, and GoHighLevel's public plans already run from Starter at $97 a month to Unlimited at $297 a month and the Founder's Plan (previously SaaS Pro / Agency Pro) at $497 a month. Our pricing page shows what each tier includes, and the Founder's Plan guide covers the rebrand.

If your support is built around a big Freshdesk knowledge base or complex routing, pair it with GHL for now and move across once we've tested how native Ticketing handles that. For everyone whose support is mostly client questions about work you already manage in GHL, Ticketing is the obvious next step.

What will we test when GHL Ticketing lands in Labs?

When GoHighLevel Ticketing arrives in Labs, we'll test it against the questions buyers ask most and update this post with the answers. These are the checks on our list, phrased as what we'll test, because HighLevel hasn't published the detail yet.

  • Channels. Which channels can create a ticket, such as email, forms, chat, SMS or social messages.
  • Contact linking. Whether each ticket links to the contact record and its conversation history.
  • Statuses. Whether you can customise ticket statuses to match how your team works.
  • Priorities and assignment. How tickets are prioritised and assigned to team members.
  • SLAs. Whether you can set response and resolution targets and get alerted before they slip.
  • Workflow triggers and actions. Which workflow events fire when a ticket is created, updated or closed.
  • Customer portal. Whether clients can raise and track tickets themselves. HighLevel has a Unified Client Portal showing in Labs with a countdown to about 31 December, and we'll check whether the two connect.
  • Knowledge base. Whether there's a help centre for self-serve answers.
  • AI help. Whether Conversation AI or other AI features can draft replies or sort tickets.
  • Reporting. What you can see on volume, response times and team performance.
  • Agency rollout. Whether agencies can switch it on for all sub-accounts or a selected few.
  • Plan access after Labs. How it's packaged once it graduates from Labs.

Labs features like Events are switched on from Agency Settings > Labs today, so that's the first place we'll look when Ticketing goes live. Events is already available in Labs in my own account, and our Events guide walks through how a Labs rollout to sub-accounts works.

How can agencies and service businesses use GoHighLevel ticketing?

Agencies can use GoHighLevel ticketing to run client support for their sub-accounts, and service businesses can use it to manage customer requests next to the bookings and payments already in GHL. In both cases the support request sits in the account that already knows the customer.

Agencies supporting their sub-accounts. Picture a marketing agency with forty clients on GHL. Today, client requests arrive by email, text and the odd WhatsApp message, and someone copies them into a pipeline. With native Ticketing, each request can become a ticket in the agency's own account, so the team sees every open request in one queue, with the client's CRM record beside it. Our agency automation playbook covers how agencies already structure their GHL accounts for this kind of work.

SaaS mode resellers. If you resell GHL under your own brand, your clients' "the funnel is broken" messages are your support load. A ticket queue next to your SaaS mode client list keeps those requests tidy without a separate help desk subscription.

Service businesses. Picture a home services company that gets warranty calls, reschedule requests and billing questions every week. With ticketing in GHL, each request can sit next to the customer's booking history and invoices. HighLevel is also launching new tools aimed at home services, restaurants and event spaces at LevelUp, and our Industries Mode guide covers those.

Course creators and membership owners. Picture a coach with a few hundred members asking about logins, refunds and course access. Ticketing in the same account as the membership site means the person answering can see what each member bought.

For everything else HighLevel is announcing, including the Founder's Plan and project management, keep the LevelUp 2026 hub and our list of GoHighLevel updates in 2026 open over the conference week.
