In a July 2026 thread on r/gohighlevel, a poster two years into the platform describes what happened when one client account moved across. A CRM, a scheduler, an email tool and an SMS tool were cancelled, along with the work of connecting them. A reply in the same thread mentions forgetting a $1,500 Zapier renewal because everything had already moved into one account.

That thread shows who GoHighLevel competes with. The other option is often a set of separate subscriptions like those four, and each one has its own way of charging more as the business grows.

We opened the pricing pages of 15 GoHighLevel (GHL) competitors on 7 October 2026 and recorded two things for each, the published price and what makes that price rise. The source for every figure is listed at the end of the page so you can check it yourself.

What each GoHighLevel competitor charges for: six price by user, six by contact count and five by client accounts, numbers or minimum spend, against GoHighLevel's unlimited users, contacts and sub-accounts

Which GoHighLevel competitors does this page compare?

GoHighLevel's competitors fall into five groups, which are CRMs, funnel and course builders, email platforms, agency platforms and local business tools. Each of the 15 below has a full head-to-head comparison on this site, linked from its name.

Prices are in US dollars. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Follow Up Boss and ActiveCampaign show annual-billing rates, and Salesforce bills Pro Suite annually under a contract. The rest are monthly rates.

What do GoHighLevel's competitors charge for as you grow?

Fourteen of the 15 publish their prices. Read side by side, those pricing pages tie the bill to one of three things, which are your team, your list or your clients and locations.

Your team

Six of the 15 price by the user. Salesforce charges $25 a user on Starter Suite and $100 on Pro Suite. HubSpot's Sales Hub is $7 a seat on Starter and $90 a seat on Professional with annual billing, or $20 and $100 a seat monthly. Pipedrive runs from $14 to $79 a seat, Zoho CRM from $14 to $52 a user, and Follow Up Boss is $58 a user on its Grow plan. Keap starts at $299 a month, and its pricing page sets the final figure from the number of users and contacts you enter.

Your list

Five price by contact count. Kajabi's $179 Basic plan includes 2,500 contacts and its $249 Growth plan includes 25,000. Kartra steps from 500 contacts at $59 to 2,500 at $119 and 12,500 at $229. ClickFunnels includes 10,000 contacts on Launch and 75,000 on Scale. ActiveCampaign's listed prices start at $15 a month for 1,000 contacts. Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts and reaches unlimited contacts at $97.

HubSpot's Marketing Hub prices the same way on top of its seats. Professional is $800 a month on annual billing with three seats and 2,000 marketing contacts.

Your clients and locations

ClickFunnels calls a client account a workspace. Launch at $97 has one, Scale at $197 has five, Optimize at $297 has ten and Dominate at $5,997 a year has twenty. Vendasta has no subscription fee and sets a minimum monthly spend on its wholesale products of $99, $499 or $999. Podium's Core plan at $399 includes five phone numbers and Pro at $599 includes fifteen. Birdeye publishes no price, and its quote form asks for your number of locations.

DashClicks is flat like GoHighLevel. Its Pro software plan is $199 a month with unlimited sub-accounts and users, and its marketing fulfilment services are bought separately.

What GoHighLevel charges for

HighLevel's pricing page lists unlimited users and unlimited contacts on every plan. Starter at $97 has three sub-accounts. Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497 have unlimited sub-accounts.

GoHighLevel charges for what you send. In the US a text is $0.00747 a segment plus a carrier fee of $0.0035 to $0.005, calls are $0.0166 a minute and email is $0.675 per 1,000. The rates are published, and agencies on the $297 and $497 plans can rebill them to clients. Our GoHighLevel pricing page lists every rate, and the GoHighLevel cost calculator totals your own mix.

How does GoHighLevel compare with HubSpot, Salesforce and other CRMs?

In Coming from HubSpot. Who actually recommends GHL? (May 2026, 39 comments), an agency owner with five to six local service clients says HubSpot's pricing does not scale across client accounts. Replies from people who made the same move say GoHighLevel is much cheaper, and one says they have never looked back.

The pricing pages show the reason. A seat-priced CRM multiplies by headcount, and GoHighLevel's plan stays at the same figure.

Line chart of monthly CRM cost at 1, 3, 5 and 10 users: Salesforce Pro Suite reaches $1,000, HubSpot Sales Hub Professional $900, Pipedrive Growth $390 and Zoho CRM Professional $230, while GoHighLevel Starter stays at $97

CRM and planPer user3 users5 users10 users
HubSpot Sales Hub Starter$7$21$35$70
HubSpot Sales Hub Professional$90$270$450$900
Salesforce Starter Suite$25$75$125$250
Salesforce Pro Suite$100$300$500$1,000
Pipedrive Lite$14$42$70$140
Pipedrive Growth$39$117$195$390
Zoho CRM Standard$14$42$70$140
Zoho CRM Professional$23$69$115$230
Follow Up Boss Grow$58$174$290$416 on Pro, which includes 10 users
GoHighLevel StarterFlat$97$97$97

A few details sit beside those prices. HubSpot's rates are for annual billing, and paying monthly is $20 a seat on Starter and $100 on Professional. Sales Hub Professional carries a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500. Salesforce bills Pro Suite annually and requires a contract. Keap's pricing page lists implementation services as required.

HubSpot sells marketing automation as a separate product. Marketing Hub Professional is $800 a month on annual billing, or $890 monthly, with three seats and 2,000 marketing contacts, and it carries a required one-time onboarding fee of $3,000. GoHighLevel includes workflow automation and email marketing on every plan.

Two HubSpot Sales Hub Professional seats are $180 a month and three Pipedrive Growth seats are $117. GoHighLevel's Starter plan is $97 for the whole team, and that price covers the CRM and pipelines, email and SMS marketing, funnels and websites, calendars, workflow automation and reputation management.

Use case, a sales team of five. Five seats cost $450 a month on HubSpot Sales Hub Professional, $500 on Salesforce Pro Suite, $195 on Pipedrive Growth and $115 on Zoho CRM Professional. The same five people share one GoHighLevel Starter account for $97, which is $19.40 a person, and a sixth can be added at no extra cost.

How does GoHighLevel compare with ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Kartra and Systeme.io?

The July 2026 review honestly saved my marketing agency thousands but the learning curve lowkey broke my brain comes from an agency owner who moved three clients onto GoHighLevel and cancelled ActiveCampaign, Calendly and ClickFunnels together. They credit that saving for making the switch pay, and they describe a steep first few weeks of setup.

The pattern is older than that post. In So how many of you are switching from ClickFunnels to GHL? on r/agency (January 2024, 40 comments), one of the top replies says it feels as though everyone is moving to GoHighLevel from ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Keap and HubSpot.

Funnel, course and email platforms set the plan by the size of your list.

Platform and planMonthlyList size includedAlso listed on the plan
ClickFunnels Launch$9710,000 contacts1 workspace, 2 team members
ClickFunnels Scale$19775,000 contacts5 workspaces, 5 team members
ClickFunnels Optimize$297150,000 contacts10 workspaces, 10 team members
Kartra Essentials$59500 contacts10,000 emails a month
Kartra Starter$1192,500 contacts5 team members
Kartra Growth$22912,500 contacts10 team members
Systeme.io Free$02,000 contacts3 funnels
Systeme.io Startup$175,000 contacts10 funnels
Systeme.io Webinar$4710,000 contacts50 funnels
Systeme.io Unlimited$97Unlimited contactsUnlimited funnels
Kajabi Basic$1792,500 contactsUnlimited email sends
Kajabi Growth$24925,000 contactsUnlimited email sends
Kajabi Pro$499100,000 contactsUnlimited email sends
GoHighLevel Starter$97Unlimited contactsUnlimited users, 3 sub-accounts
GoHighLevel Unlimited$297Unlimited contactsUnlimited users and sub-accounts

GoHighLevel has no contact tiers. Email is billed at $0.675 per 1,000 sent, so 10,000 emails cost $6.75 and 100,000 cost $67.50. Our GoHighLevel email pricing page covers volumes and daily limits.

Use case, a coach with a course and 10,000 subscribers. A list of 10,000 is above the 2,500 contacts on Kajabi Basic, which points to Growth at $249 a month. It is above the 2,500 contacts on Kartra Starter too, which points to Growth at $229. On GoHighLevel the size of the list has no bearing on the plan. Starter is $97, the Memberships module for courses and communities is included, and four emails a month to all 10,000 subscribers cost $27.

How does GoHighLevel compare with Vendasta and DashClicks for agencies?

Agency platforms are priced around the agency's clients and what it resells to them.

Vendasta's pricing page shows a $0 subscription on every tier, tied to a minimum monthly spend on its wholesale products and services. Starter has a $99 minimum, one team member seat and co-branding with Vendasta. Professional has a $499 minimum, a one-year contract, five seats and a white label client portal. Premium has a $999 minimum and ten seats.

DashClicks sells its Pro software plan at $199 a month, white labelled, with unlimited sub-accounts and users. Its fulfilment centre for ads, SEO and content is priced by the service.

GoHighLevel's Unlimited plan is $297 a month for unlimited client sub-accounts with your branding and usage rebilled at cost. Agency Pro at $497 adds SaaS Mode and rebilling with your own markup. The plan is flat, so the platform cost for each client falls as you sign more of them. On the $297 plan it is $59.40 a client at five clients, $29.70 at ten and $11.88 at twenty-five.

Use case, an agency with ten clients. Ten client accounts on ClickFunnels means Optimize at $297 a month, which includes ten workspaces and ten team members. The eleventh client means Dominate at $5,997 a year. GoHighLevel's Unlimited plan is the same $297 for any number of client accounts and users.

Our Agency Software Cost Index models the wider bill for a three-person agency with about ten clients. Fifteen separate tools come to $1,060 a month. GoHighLevel's Unlimited plan replaces nine of them and the total falls to $718.

A modelled small agency software bill before and after GoHighLevel: 15 subscriptions at $1,060 a month become 7 at $718, with nine tools costing $639 replaced by the $297 Unlimited plan

Agency Pro lets an agency sell the platform under its own brand at a price it sets. At a resale price of $297 a month, two clients cover the $497 plan. The GoHighLevel SaaS Mode guide and GoHighLevel white label pricing cover the setup and the costs, and the comparisons are at GoHighLevel vs Vendasta and GoHighLevel vs DashClicks.

How does GoHighLevel compare with Podium and Birdeye for local businesses?

Podium lists two prices, Core at $399 a month and Pro at $599, and both are bought through its sales team. Core includes five phone numbers. Phone seats are $30 a user a month for one to four users, and US locations pay a base 10DLC fee of $5 a month. Birdeye's pricing page has a quote form in place of prices.

GoHighLevel's $97 Starter plan covers both jobs, texting customers back and collecting reviews.

Use case, a dental practice that misses calls. Missed call text back is a setting on every GoHighLevel plan. The practice pays $97 for Starter, $1.15 a month for a local number and about 1.1 to 1.25 cents for each text, so 500 texts a month cost between $5.50 and $6.25. A2P 10DLC registration is $22.50 one-time for most brands, then $1.50 to $10 a month. The monthly total comes to about $105 to $115.

Review requests run from the same account. A workflow sends the request by email and by text when a job is marked as won.

The missed call text back guide and the GoHighLevel reputation management guide show both builds, and the comparisons are at GoHighLevel vs Podium and GoHighLevel vs Birdeye.

Which tools work alongside GoHighLevel?

Three names that appear in GoHighLevel comparisons do a different job and run next to it.

How did we compare these platforms?

  • We opened each competitor's pricing page in a browser on 7 October 2026 and recorded the plan names, prices, billing terms and limits shown in US dollars.
  • We compared published prices and plan limits. This page does not score the competitors' products.
  • HubSpot sells Sales Hub and Marketing Hub separately. Its figures come from those two pricing pages and from HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog.
  • GoHighLevel's plan prices come from its pricing page, read the same day. Its usage rates come from HighLevel's help centre, read on 6 October 2026.
  • The Reddit threads were read on 6 October 2026. Each one is linked and summarised in our own words.
  • The agency stack is a modelled persona from our Agency Software Cost Index, which was verified on 3 September 2026.
  • The screenshots are from our own GoHighLevel demo account.

Vendors change prices often. If a figure here differs from the vendor's page, the vendor's page is right, and the date above tells you how old ours is.

How do you test GoHighLevel against your current stack?

  1. List every subscription you pay for today and note what makes each one rise, which will be users, contacts or client accounts.
  2. Start the 30-day trial on the plan that fits your client count.
  3. Rebuild one workflow you rely on, such as lead follow-up or appointment reminders.
  4. Run it with real leads for two weeks.
  5. Read the wallet to see what the usage cost, then compare the two bills.

Our GoHighLevel free trial guide covers the sign-up, and Is GoHighLevel worth it? Reddit's verdict collects eight threads from people who made the move.
